Directions

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs fresh Thai Purple Podded Yard Long Beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried red pepper flakes (reduce or omit based on your heat preferences)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Sea salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash and trim:
    • Wash and remove stems from the Thai Purple Podded Yard Long Beans.
  2. Cut the beans:
    • Cut the beans into 3" - 4" pieces.
  3. Heat the skillet:
    • Place your skillet on the stove over medium to high heat.
